TAUBIK – LIMITED WARRANTY & SERVICE POLICY
Warranty Overview
Taubik products are sold and supported exclusively through authorized dealers. This policy is intended to provide clarity for both dealers and end users.
At Taubik, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our electric bikes. Our goal is to ensure a consistent, safe, and well-supported ownership experience through our dealer network.
Warranty Coverage Period
Frame: 2 Years
Electrical Components (including motor, battery, controller, display, and wiring): 1 Year
Warranty coverage begins on the original date of retail purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase (original bill of sale) is required for all warranty claims.
Scope of Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, where the bicycle has been properly assembled, maintained, and used as intended.
Covered components include:
- Bicycle frame (structural integrity only)
- Electric motor
- Battery
- Controller
- Display and wiring harness
If a defect is identified within the warranty period, Taubik reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the defective component with a new or refurbished equivalent.
Warranty Claim Process
All warranty claims must be processed through the original selling dealer.
The bicycle must be returned to the dealer for inspection along with proof of purchase.
Taubik may request additional information, photos, or diagnostic details prior to approving any claim.
Conditions of Warranty
- The bicycle must be purchased from an authorized Taubik dealer
- Proper assembly and pre-delivery inspection (PDI) must be completed
- The bicycle must be maintained according to the owner's manual
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing may void warranty coverage
- Proof of maintenance or service history may be requested
Dealer Assembly & Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
As part of the PDI process, dealers are responsible for inspecting the bicycle and verifying that all critical nuts, bolts, screws, and fasteners are properly installed and tightened prior to delivery.
While Taubik bicycles undergo factory assembly and quality control procedures, bicycles are produced in large volumes and may be subjected to extended transportation by ocean freight, rail, truck, and handling throughout the supply chain before reaching the customer.
For this reason, dealers should not assume that all fasteners remain at their original torque specifications upon arrival. A complete mechanical inspection should be performed prior to delivery, including verification of pedals, crank arms, handlebars, stem hardware, wheel fasteners, brake components, racks, fenders, accessories, and other critical assemblies.
A thorough PDI is an essential part of the bicycle assembly process and helps ensure customer safety, reliability, and long-term product performance.
